I admire their determination... But she will walk again. One the writers get bored.
But as for cruel, look at poor professor Xavier:
Lucifer shatters his spine by dropping a rock on him. Then he gets a cloned body and can walk again! Then the Shadow King shatters his spine again. Doh! Then he is trapped inside Cassandra Nova's dying comatose mind while she runs around in his body. He comes out of that with his body seemingly healed and he can walk again. Yay! Oh, but then it was only Magneto pissing about with him and he's still crippled. Doh! x2 Then Bishop shoots him in the head. Sigh.
Thank you so much Chris, honestly, that means a lot coming from you!I feel like for just starting to learn flash a little over 3 weeks ago I'm picking it up pretty fast. When it comes down to it, it's all just sequential art and storytelling.
It's funny, because it actually feels more natural to me than comics, which I've been doing for years. I guess it's because I always think through movements in my head anyway as well as shot selection. So once I get the initial key frames in it's pretty easy.
I have to stress though, I do these COMPLETELY out of my head. One of my students was asking me today if I was using reference.
yeah it's interesting how those movements and timings just start to feel so natural. but that makes it so much cooler knowing it's all out of your head. it's cool seeing you do something new and still seeing your style come out in it. i wish i knew more about flash. i'm just too lazy to go back to it. it's been so long since i've used it. haha
