The past, I don’t even know how many, years I’ve been asking my buddy Tom Feister for a drawing suggestion on the last day of the year. This year he said, “Duran Duran battling KISS atop a fiery volcano.”
He was probably just thinking of random stuff, but I love Duran Duran! Either way, this is a nice tradition that started because nobody used to follow my blog except him, my friend Sam, and our buddy Craig Zablo (who runs an awesome Stallone blog). I had artist’s block, and wanted to draw something on the last day of the year, and Tom gave me a suggestion. Ever since that, I’ve made it a yearly tradition!
